This course will provide the student with several communication and coordination techniques in dealing with verbal contacts with their customers on the phone and in person and when dealing with confrontational situations.

We had to cancel the upcoming Intro to Supervision Class scheduled Sept 15-17, 08 due to low enrollment at the Northern Academy.
